Thomas’s Barber Shop is a classical barbershop based in Prague oriented strictly on male clients. The main idea behind the foundation of the barbershop was to create a place where modern gentlemen would feel comfortable and would enjoy the pleasure of a real man's moment. Identity reflects both a man element and place where men are happy to be.
This is why I chose a moustache as a symbol to represent this place. The symbol itself is composed of vertical lines. These refer to the very object of barbers’ work — hair. The colours I used are traditional: barber’s blue, red and white.
The company’s plan for the near future is to launch a line of beauty care products for men. In consequence one of the tasks was to design their packaging. Again, I was inspired by the lines I've used for the logo. I created three different patterns: horizontal lines pattern is used for products for beard, vertical lines pattern is used for hair products and slant lines pattern is used for other products.
